This is a rear bumper (for models with rear parking sensors) which has been pre-painted 'black' for the following cars:

This is a new, genuine VW part, it has been painted black for a customer then cancelled and it's picked up a few scratches and marks while it's been in storage.  It could ideally do with a repaint, the price reflects this.
