Notes :-

Retrofitting of the RCD210 is possible in ex-works vehicles with an R110, RCD300, RCD500,

RNS300, RNS-MFD2 DVD or a radio-ready setup. Where vehicles are fitted with RCD300,

RCD500 or RNS300 ex works, the following changes must, dependent on vehicle specification,

be made to the Quadlok plug pin occupancies. For vehicles with a CD changer contact B2 to B3.

For vehicles with an Aux-In port, contact B8 to B1 and contact B9 to B7. Where vehicles are fitted

with RNS-MFD2 DVD ex works, the following changes must, dependent on vehicle specification,

be made to the Quadlok plug pin occupancies. Contact B2 to B3 and contact B3 to B2. If a

hands-free system is fitted and a mute-cable is also fitted (contact D11 occupied), then this

contact must be routed to C10. To do this the phone mute adapter 7L6 051 442 can be used.

Vehicles an ex-works radio-ready setup, must be upgraded with a radio aerial and loud speakers.
